Cancelations:

You may cancel your appointment at any time without penalty or prejudice, even if you arrive and realize you are not well enough to receive massage on that day.  Please understand, I may also reach out to you on short notice should I find myself unwell and unable to work.  Many of my clients have complex medical conditions and are immunocompromised.  I want to make sure that I am not causing risk to any of my lovely clients.  

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled end time as the time in between clients is crucial to maintaining the highest level of sanitation and disinfection.  Depending upon how late you arrive, Sara will discuss with you treatment options with time remaining in the session.  Regardless of the length of the treatment, you are responsible the amount due for the original scheduled session.
