Sara is a Virginia native and now lives in Williamsburg.  After nearly 20 years in medical office administration, Sara chose to go back to school for massage therapy in Richmond.  With her years of working with pain management healthcare practitioners, she has experience working with and understanding of many conditions which create acute and chronic pain and immobility to include those receiving active treatment for cancer and those whose lives have been affected by cancer.  

In addition to her current private practice, she is an instructor and program coordinator for the Massage Therapy program at Brightpoint Community College.  She has practiced for over 18 years and has enjoyed working with variety of clients who strive to integrate non-invasive, non-pharmacologic approaches to their health and wellness.  With an avid desire to bring massage and bodywork to those living with cancer, she has furthered her education in oncology massage, lymphatic drainage for the management of lymphedema and scar tissue management. In addition, she has years of experience working with competitive athletes of all age and all levels from the elite professional to the recreational amateur in team, individual, multi-sport and ultra-endurance sporting events.  She currently maintains practices in Richmond and Williamsburg.
